What we do - Agility rings (adult hopscotch) for cardio. Muscle train with squishy balls and stretchy tubes. Beat stress and build strength by hitting the heavy bags. Work at your own pace. We don’t do aerobics. We don’t hit people. Work at your own pace Experts including Dr Oz are recommending three things for good health as we get older. We target all three every class!
