What we do -

    Agility rings (adult hopscotch) for cardio.
    Muscle train with squishy balls and stretchy
    tubes.  Beat stress and build strength by
    hitting the heavy bags.  

    Work at your own pace.  

    We don’t do aerobics. We don’t hit people.

    We target all three every class!

  1. Core strength –is vital for good health.  
    It supports our backs and stabilizes our
    entire body.  Good core strength lowers
    our risk of injury.
  2. Aerobic activity –is good for your heart.  
    Many experts now believe interval
    training is a better way to exercise.  It
    allows you to work at a higher pace yet
    keep your heart rate in the safe zone.
  3. Weight bearing exercise – is critical as
    we get older.  It builds strong and
    healthy bones.
